Anthony Demetroulakos, Manager
Mr. Demetroulakos is a Wall Street trained financial analyst and business forecaster. In early 2007 Mr. Demetroulakos joined the United Max International team and was instrumental in the development of the Heads of Agreement for the Casino license. His most recent trip to Southeast Asia resulted in the structure for the property financing program and the development of banking relationships in Singapore and Hong Kong to facilitate the implementation of the projects.

As a consultant for New Age Media Group, an investment banking/corporate finance portal, from 2005 to 2007, he demonstrated his business and marketing planning talents for corporate clients seeking additional funding or re-capitalization programs. Mr. Demetroulakos’ direct management experience will allow United Max International to develop new value-added product lines that will be catered to the U.S. palate.

As President of his own consulting company Pinnacle Performance Fund Inc based in Beverly Hills, CA from 1998 to 2004, Mr. Demetroulakos advised numerous start up companies seeking seed capital to structure their companies to position for later stage funding. He developed business plans, marketing strategies, and financial implementation programs for clients. He consulted with private and public companies on improving profitability and managing costs.

He has served investment banks and Wall Street financial companies as a financial analyst assisting in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and green field development. Mr. Demetroulakos’ brings a unique set of skills to United Max International having extensive contacts and networks in Wall Street as well as in the actual running of businesses. While primarily based in the U.S. handling the execution and administration of the financial management of the Company, Mr. Demetroulakos will bring his considerable experience to bear on project realization and structures that will maximize the benefits to the Investor Unit Holders.
